How you opt in

Texting is optional. Every listing page has a booking panel (on phones it is below the photos and description; for example mountainandbeachretreats.com/listings/sonoran-star-705#book). Choose a check-in and a check-out date in its calendar and your price appears, followed by the guest details form. That form has this checkbox, unchecked by default:
